6 white choc macadamia nut cookies
- 2 tablespoons (1/8 cup) unsalted room temp butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 egg (i literally cracked an egg and stirred it up like u would for scrambled egg u know? then poured 1/4 of that into this dough lol)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp corn starch
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup macadamia nut
- 2 oz white chocolate
mix butter and sugars + add egg and vanilla
add in combined dry ingredients
add nuts and choc
