CHEDDAR SAUSAGE MUFFIN BALLS

  • 8-16 OZ of hot pork sausage (sooo the original recipe calls for 8 oz. and the thing u will buy it in is 16 oz. and me and kennedy both went for it and used the full 16 instead of 8. it is better. trust us. i did it with the 8 once and it was aggressively lacking. soooo just use the whole tube of sausage. also we like the hot one and you’re lame if you don’t!! it isn’t that spicy folks! just flavorful!)
  • 1 1/2 cups of baking mix (this is literally just like … bisquick. if u can’t find baking mix like i’m pretty sure it’s just pancake / waffle mix .. don’t hold me to it tho)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk (one time i used whole milk and one time i used almond milk and it didn’t make thaaaat much of a difference other than just like the dough consistency but it still cooked and tasted basically the same)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (i used more … and i use medium or sharp or a mix just depending on what we have haha)

-PREHEAT OVEN TO 400

-GREASE UR MINI MUFFIN TIN

-cook the meat !! brown it up in a skillet or however you do it then drain any of the grease or excess liquid. then let her cool down for a minute

-IN A BOWL: mix ur baking pancake whatever mix + cayenne pepper up

-pour in the milk n keep mixing (it will get very tough n thick !!!! )

-add ur cheeeeeese

-add ur sausage and mix it all up as goody goody as u can!!!!

-i use a 1/8 cup measuring cup to scoop out of bowl and put into mini muffin tin! it’s the perfect size and then they’re all the same. just scoop n dump !

-cook for around 12 min !!

xoxo
